British Airways, Waterside
The scope of the project was to design and install a complete Audio Visual and Communications system that could work as 6 independent systems or as 1 complete entity controllable from 1 main incident centre when required.
This incorporated anIntegrated Audio / Visual / Communication Systems for the British Airways Operational Crisis Incident Centre (OCIC), the Emergency Procedure Incident Centre (EPIC), Operations Control, Operations Disruption Room and Briefing rooms.
This required the development of new simple way to manage and display 35 data and 15 video sources, audio conference systems and OCIC Override/Censure functionality. Continuity of Operation though training to create user familiarity and the ability to create a Partnership for Success were our aims.
